Called on a Saturday and was able to talk to an after hours technician. He said he could be at my house in half an hour and he was! He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Darrel and his team are phenomenal! I’ve been doing business with them since 2018 and he is very fair and honest with his work. Earlier this week our A/C failed and he came out next day to inspect. He was able to replace a capacitor under warranty to get us going, he also found a problem with one of the thermistors that we were unaware of. Im glad that they stand by their warranty and I feel that they have my back. During my financial issues in 2019 he willingly installed an A/C unit for me and allowed me to make payments through the year. If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company MCM is the company for you! I recommend them to anyone!!!
Highly recommend MCM Heat & Air! They have done our work for years and are always VERY prompt, efficient and skilled. Our AC died yesterday and they went above and beyond to have a new unit ordered and installed in under 24 hours. Fantastic customer service and we certainly appreciate that in this day and age!!
